TAMPA, Fla.  (July 7, 2016) – Council Oak Lounge in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host a High West Distillery pairing dinner on Thursday, July 28.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by an innovative four-course meal at 7 p.m. featuring the following – High West Distillery Silver Whiskey, High West Distillery American Prairie Bourbon, High West Distillery Campfire, High West Distillery Limited Release – Yippee Ki-Yay and High West Distillery Double Rye.

Each guest who attends will receive a commemorative bottle of High West Distillery Double Rye. There will also be a special performance by Josh Carroll.

About High West Distillery
High West Distillery was founded in 2009 by David Perkins and his wife, Jane. David, a former biochemist, was inspired to open his own distillery after seeing the parallels between the fermentation and distilling process and his own work in biochemistry during a trip to the Maker’s Mark Distillery in Loretto, Kentucky.
