Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will be hosting a fundraising event in support of Metropolitan Ministries that is open to the public.
The event features a charity slot tournament, red carpet ceremony, benefit concert and check presentation.
The slot tournament has an entry fee of $10 and 50 percent of those proceeds will be donated to the charity and 50 percent to the prize pool. Tickets can be purchased at the Rock Shop or upon entry of the event.
A red carpet ceremony featuring local community members will precede a concert in Hard Rock Cafe Tampa by a local musician.
Following the concert, Metropolitan Ministries will be presented a check based on the amount of donations collected in the month of October. Those funds will include 100 percent of the proceeds generated from sales of limited-edition Metropolitan Ministries sunglasses from the Rock Shop, as well as proceeds from sales of the 2015 Seminole Hard Rock Girls Calendar during the month of November.
