TAMPA, Fla. (December 11, 2015) – Three restaurants at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will be offering guests holiday menu choices in the coming weeks.

On Christmas Day, Rise Kitchen & Bakery will provide a menu of sweet potato soup ($4.50) as well as a main course of spiral honey glazed ham, mashed potatoes, old fashioned style green beans with ham hocks, honey glazed carrots, a holiday yule log as well as chocolate sponge, chocolate coffee buttercream and vanilla sauce ($16.50).

Also on Christmas Day, Fresh Harvest (from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.) will offer a buffet that will be available for $45 per person. It will feature a carving station and traditional favorites (to include carved spiral ham with bourbon brown sugar glaze, carved to order herb roasted prime rib and freshly prepared gourmet pasta and pizzas) and a raw bar. There will also be Harvest’s Sweet Bounty, which will offer a dazzling array of hot and cold desserts.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will present special menus on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Among the items Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer on December 24 will be roasted beets carpaccio (first course), bone-in, 60-day, dry-aged New York Steak (main course) and a Sweet Christmas Pudding dessert consisting of pannettone, sweet cream custard and egg nog ice cream.

On Christmas Day, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood’s menu will include a potato croquets trio (first course), Jackman Farms braised short rib or striped bass (main course) and a “Glistening” dessert comprised of white chocolate semi freddo, brandied cherries and gingerbread.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will then help ring in the New Year with a special menu on December 31. Offerings will include cherry wood smoked tuna (first course), Sous Vide Wagyu Filet (main course) and a “Midnight Kiss” dessert created from chocolate Marsala mousse, mascarpone ice cream and a strawberry kiss.
