TAMPA, Fla. (March 2, 2015) – Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will sponsor the inaugural “Club GMF” which will be part of this weekend’s Gasparilla Music Festival in downtown Tampa.
“Club GMF,” a silent disco experience, is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., in Kiley Garden.
Guests will be able to step into the illuminated Kiley Garden area of the festival and don a pair of specially-designed, three channel lighted headphones, which will also contain branded imagery from the casino. They will then wade through dazzling lights and join the dance frenzy. Suddenly, the silence will turn into music madness with a choice of three streams of music with special color coordinated lighting.
Guests can push a button on their headset and choose to groove to Deep House from Los Angeles, DJ Eli M, Classic Rock & Roll, R&B, the latest Top 40 tunes from DJ Ruff Ryda and EDM (Electronic Dance Music) from MPSoup.
With lights bouncing off the Hillsborough River, Tampa’s downtown and the splendid University of Tampa Minarets, guests can continue to jam or remove their headphones and marvel at a room full of glowing dancing silence.
Admission to “Club GMF is included in the festival admission. Ticket prices start at $30 and are available at www.ticketfly.com.
The 2015 Gasparilla Music Festival will take place March 7-8 at Curtis Hixon Riverfront Park and Kiley Garden.
