TAMPA, Fla.  (October 13, 2016) – Four dining venues at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa are offering new fall menus which will provide guests an around the world taste.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood’s new menu (launching Monday, October 17), is based on fall flavors. It now offers steak cuts for two – porterhouse and bone-in strip N.Y. – and a smaller cut of cowboy ribeye (20 ounces). The restaurant has also added a seafood dish (pan seared scallops), a new cut of pork and braised short rib.

Grey Salt

Chef Marc Murphy’s Grey Salt has added a number of new items to the menu including tomato-braised pork ribs, homemade pastas, a rotisserie half chicken and a grilled lobster. Desserts are $8 dollars and include a salted caramel budino, lemon cheesecake and a hazelnut crunch bar.

Rise Kitchen & Bakery

A 24/7 experience, Rise Kitchen & Bakery is now offering cold brew coffees paired with an expanded selection of pastries in the bakery. Additionally, there are now more regional selections of food with local ingredients included (all dairy is from Florida). The dining venue is also bringing back the “diner classics” such as the club sandwich, chicken and waffles and the BLT.

Rock N’ Raw

Rock N’ Raw has launched a new menu which now includes three languages – English, Chinese and Vietnamese. Among the new offerings include BBQ pork ribs, roasted duck soup, sesame shrimp, rice cake stir fry, Korean beef and Malaysian curry chicken. There’s also a new sushi menu offering such items as a hot Caribbean Roll, the King & I, a Tampa Roll and a Mexican Roll.
