Tampa, Fla. (April 08, 2015) – In advance of the 141st renewal of the Kentucky Derby (scheduled for May 2), Council Oak Lounge at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will host a Woodford Reserve pairing dinner on Thursday, April 30.
Woodford Reserve is a brand of premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation. Each year, the company releases commemorative Woodford Reserve bottlings for the Kentucky Derby.
The Woodford Reserve pairing dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with Hors d’oeurves followed by a four-course dinner at 7 p.m.
The dinner offerings will include Smoked Scallops, Fried Squab & Squash Salad and Barbeque Spiced Wagyu Sirloin. Each entrée features a twist of Woodford Reserve flavor.

Those who attend the dinner will receive a customized limited edition Woodford Reserve bottle.
