TAMPA, Fla.  (November 14, 2016) – Council Oak Lounge in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host a scotch whisky pairing dinner featuring The Macallan on Thursday, December 1.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by an innovative four-course menu (presented by Chef de Cuisine Dave Puatu) at 7 p.m. featuring the following – Kurobuta Pork Belly with The Macallan 12-years-old Old Double Cask; Fennel & Coriander Crusted Ahi Tuna with The Macallan 18-years-old Old Single Malt Scotch; Macallan infused N.Y. Strip with The Macallan Rare Cask; and Caramelia Mousse, Banana Crémeux, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch, Ginger Crumble, Passionfruit Gelato with The Macallan Fine Oak 21-years-old.

Each guest who attends will receive a commemorative bottle of The Macallan 12-years-old Double Cask & Scotch Glasses. There will also be a special performance by artist JAC of All Trades.
