TAMPA, Fla.  (March 4, 2016) – During the month of March, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will feature a “tribute” to college basketball at all of its lounges, while spotlighting the Easter holiday at its restaurants.

The property will offer “March Mania” at each of its bars throughout the month (each week from Sunday noon to Friday noon) which will feature Woodford Reserve, an American brand of premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation.

The Woodford Reserve-oriented drinks include The Slam Dunk, The Jump Shot, Above the Rim, The Alley Oop, Full Court Press and The Baseline. Each drink is priced at $7, while the beer of the month is $4.

On Easter Sunday, March 27, Fresh Harvest, Rise Kitchen & Bakery and Council Oak Steaks & Seafood have scheduled special menus.

At Fresh Harvest, a buffet will be available between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. for $45 per person, plus tax. An extensive number of mouth-watering items will be available including roasted lamb, carved to order spiral ham, braised short ribs over wild rice polenta cakes and a selection of desserts.

Easter Sunday features at Rise Kitchen & Bakery will include French onion soup ($4), lemon and rosemary roasted turkey with brown asparagus and scalloped potatoes ($16.50) and chocolate peanut butter mousse pie ($5).

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer a holiday menu from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. that will include avocado and lobster tartar ($21), braised Berkshire pork belly with red wine demi, pickled asparagus and creamy polenta ($65), pan seared Mount Cook salmon with crispy marble potatoes, tomato confit and citrus fumet ($45) and an Easter Basket dessert comprised of a chocolate basket, white, dark and peanut butter mousse, marshmallow peeps and caramel sauce ($10).
