WHAT: The Rez Grill, located at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, is proud to host an exclusive fall-inspired six-course dinner engagement, pairing their renowned elevated comfort-food style dishes alongside their notable collection of top-shelf bourbon offerings.
The delectable menu will feature hearty seasonal plates and flavorful aromatic bourbon blends, including Seared Hamachi Crudo with Caramelized Vidalia Onions, House Cured Pancetta and Orange Blossom Honey paired with Maker’s Mark; Applewood Smoked Maine Lobster with Grilled Baby Lettuce, Charred Lemon and Anglaise served with Maker’s 46; Wild Mushroom Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda, Spiced Matcha Tea and Shiso complemented with Basil Hayden’s; Cherrywood Grilled Lamb Chops with Toasted Rye, Charred Tokyo Turnips and Fine Herb Chimichurri paired with Knob Creek Rye; and Thyme-Basted Beef Medallions with Parmesan-Vanilla Potato Gratin, Baby Carrots and Bourbon Demi accompanied by Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve.
The dinner will close with a final dessert course of Warm Toasted Pecan Monkey Bread with Brown Butter Gelato, Brittle and Dulce de Leche paired with a glass of Knob Creek Smoked Maple.
