Five dining venues at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will be offering special Easter holiday menus on Sunday, April 21.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the featured holiday special will be domestic spring lamb, which includes grilled lamb loin with English peas, morel mushrooms and pineapple mint-lamb jus ($65).

The Rez Grill

From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the featured Easter special will be braised lamb neck and herb crusted loin with toyko turnips, peas, carrots, morel mushroom and mini salsa verde ($45).

Fresh Harvest Buffet

The property’s elevated variety dining experience will serve an Easter buffet from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $40 per person. A $5 discount will be offered to Seminole Wild Card members with valid ID. Elite and XCARD members may dine for $30 Comp Dollars ($60 Comp Dollars with a guest).

Holiday offerings will include prime rib, steak Diane, seafood cioppino, bourbon glazed slow smoked ribs and a delectable selection of desserts.

Hard Rock Cafe

From 11:30 a.m. to midnight the featured Easter special will be grilled lamb chops served with scalloped potatoes and honey-glazed carrots ($27).

Rise Kitchen &Deli

Between 11:30 a.m. and 11 p.m., the property’s newest restaurant will spotlight an Easter special for $30 per person that includes beets and burrata (starter), rosemary and garlic studded leg of lamb with mint jus or apricot-mustard glazed ham (entrée) and key lime tart for dessert.
