WHAT:
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host the third event of its 2018 Winemaker Dinner Series.

The event will feature wines from Duckhorn, Paraduxx and Goldeneye.

A cocktail reception will precede a four-course dinner prepared by the culinary team in the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood open kitchen format that offers guests a live-action view.

The dinner will include such items as Robata Grilled Peking Duck Tsukune (hors d’oeuvre), Moulard Duck Rillettes (first course), Foie Gras Torchon (second course), oven roasted Peking duck Breast (third course) and Black Cherry-French Brie Tartelette (dessert).
