TAMPA, Fla. (January 3, 2018) – Council Oak Steaks & Seafood in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is kicking off the new year with an all-new intimate Winemaker Dinner Series.

Each affair will feature a 6 p.m. cocktail reception, followed by a four-course dinner at 7 p.m. prepared by the culinary team in the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood during an open kitchen format that offers guests a live-action view of the preparation. The dinners will be carefully paired with award-winning wines that are hand selected by wine experts of various Winemakers.

The series will kick off in Council Oak Steaks & Seafood on Thursday, January 18 and will feature Ferrari-Carano’s stylish and delicious wines.

The custom curated dinner menu will include local hog snapper tiradito (paired with Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc 2016), oven roasted Cornish game hen (paired with Ferrari-Carano Chardonnay 2015), winter spice-dry aged venison New York strip (paired with Ferrari-Carano Tresor 2012), Anjou pear sorbet, American wagyu veal osso buco (paired with Ferrari-Carano Siena 2014) and Peruvian dark chocolate gateau for dessert (paired with Ferrari-Carano El Dorado Noir 2015).
