TAMPA, Fla. (October 20, 2014) – David DeMontmollin was recently promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.

DeMontmollin has been with Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa since 2007 and was most recently Vice President of Strategic Analytics where he focused his attention on all the revenue building opportunities for the hotel and casino. He also served as the property’s Director of Casino Marketing for four years.

A native of Miami, DeMontmollin began his gaming business career in Las Vegas where he worked in marketing for Station Casinos (Fiesta Rancho and Green Valley Ranch) and the Hooters Casino & Hotel. While at Green Valley Ranch, he starred in the Discovery Channel’s reality show American Casino.

Given his unique experiences in the casino industry, DeMontmollin has written three books – Las Vegas Little Black Book, Las Vegas Little Red Book and Classic Vegas.

DeMontmollin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and then earned a Master’s in Information Management and an MBA from Arizona State University.
