WHAT: Hard Rock Cafe at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will be hosting an open to the public Voices for Children Benefit Event that will feature a charity slot tournament, red carpet ceremony, benefit concert and check presentation of funds raised for the month.

The slot tournament has an entry fee of $10 and 50 percent of those proceeds will be donated to the charity and 50 percent to the prize pool. Tickets can be purchased at the Rock Shop or upon entry of the event.

Throughout the month, the property has also been selling customized limited edition earbuds in its retail shops for $10 with 100 percent of the proceeds generated going to the charity.

Voices for Children was founded in 1986 as the Child Advocacy Guild, Inc. The original stated purpose of the organization was to initiate fundraising events & methods and to direct those funds to appropriate activities of the Guardian ad Litem Program; to promote awareness of the activities of the program and to encourage volunteer resources; and to encourage community activity and awareness. Voices for Children of Tampa Bay, Inc. strives to provide support and advocacy for the abused, neglected, and abandoned children in our community.
