TAMPA, Fla. (April 26, 2016) – Mother’s Day is quickly approaching and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is getting prepared to put Mom front and center on her special day, Sunday, May 8.

Restaurants
Grey Salt, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Fresh Harvest and Rise Kitchen & Bakery will all be offering special menus.

Grey Salt will be offering their regular dinner menu and international selection of wines focusing on the Mediterranean region served by the quartino, half and full bottles. In addition, the restaurant will offer some delicious specials including salt crusted leg of lamb with spring vegetables + lamb jus and sunny side egg, grilled asparagus, roasted mushrooms + sherry vinaigrette. The Grey Salt Hazelnut Crunch Bar + raspberry ice cream will be offered for dessert.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood menu will include an heirloom tomato and watermelon salad as the appetizer and a choice of bone-in-filet or prawn Fra diablo as the entrée. The dessert will be a white chocolate Godiva mousse.

At Fresh Harvest, a brunch buffet (for $45 per person, plus tax) will be available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. An extensive number of mouth-watering items will be offered including N.Y. strip steaks, fig balsamic-glazed duck, grilled bone-in pork chop and crispy Maryland crab cakes, along with a Chef’s selection of desserts.

Rise Kitchen & Bakery will offer a menu that will include corn chowder ($5); shrimp, chicken and sausage gumbo pot pie ($16.50) and a strawberry white chocolate mousse ($5).

Rock Spa
Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will be conducting a Facebook contest for Mother’s Day prizes at Rock Spa. The fan must share the post published by the property and explain why their mom is a rock star.

Entries may be submitted from May 2 to May 5 and prizes must be redeemed on May 8. There will be one winner of a “Mother’s Day Rock Spa Package” which includes two massages, two pedicures and two manicures.

Additionally, there will be Rock Spa specials offered on Mother’s Day. Guests can purchase a full set of eyelash extensions for 50 percent off or enjoy a beautiful body treatment (50 minutes) for $99 where they can invigorate their skin with a raw cane sugar exfoliation and aromatic body butter. Additionally, guests who purchase a facial will receive a complimentary eye candy treatment.
